This class is a live recording of a Forrest Yoga class. It’s all included- your favorite ab sequences, sun salutations, heat generating standing poses, invigorating heart openers, and a sweet Savasana. Class length is 1 hour and 20 minutes.
HIP OPENING CLASS
In this 1 hour and 10 minute class be ready to heat up your core and move out the cobwebs stuck in your hips. Our hips are connected to our legs and feet, which keep us grounded. Learn to begin letting go of habitual holding patterns and start walking more freely through your life!
BACK BENDING CLASS
This is a live recording of a fun and challenging back bending class. You will create internal heat and open up your hips and shoulders. Ride your breath into deep twists and therapeutic back bends like cobra over the roll and camel at the wall. Props you will need: a block and rolled up mat or blanket. Class time: 90 minutes
